COPPA Notice

Last updated 2026-05-22

This document is provided in English. We're working on translated versions; until then, the English text is authoritative.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires us to be transparent about how we collect and handle data from children under 13.

Verifiable parental consent

A parent or legal guardian must create the Omni Tutor account and provide consent for any child under 13. The parent's account is the primary account; children under 13 do not have direct login credentials. All scheduling, communication, and reviews are conducted through the parent account.

What we collect from children

Only what's needed to deliver tutoring services: first name, grade level, learning goals, diagnostic results, and session notes. We do not collect children's email addresses, phone numbers, geolocation, or any persistent identifier used to track them across services.

How children use the platform

A child joins their tutoring session by clicking a link sent to their parent's email or accessing it through the parent's portal. During sessions, the child interacts with their tutor by video and may chat with our AI tutor between sessions. AI tutor transcripts are visible to the parent and the assigned human tutor.

No sharing or advertising

We do not share children's data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to delivering tutoring. We do not show advertising of any kind to children on the platform.

Parental rights

As the parent or guardian, you may at any time:
  • Review the information we have collected about your child.
  • Request that we delete your child's information.
  • Refuse further collection or use of your child's information.
Email hello@omniforge.click to exercise any of these rights.
